Sprocket is the undercarriage part for Crawler Crane, also is called Tumbler Drive, Driving Sprockets, Sprocket Wheel, Sprocket-Wheel, Driving Wheel, Wheel Drive, Drive Tumbler, Driving Roller, and so on. It is made of 35CrMo or 35CrNiSiMo, under casting and heat treatment. Its warranty time is 2000 working hours. Our sprocket uses good hardenability steel, so that the crawler crane could reduce the wear of the sprocket, that is important to ensure high-quality work and high efficiency, and has good impact toughness, a certain depth of quench layer and transition layer to improve the bearing capacity, wear resistance and resistance to contact fatigue. Through whole quenching & high temperature tempering, then the integral key surface quenching. We take advanced equipment and technology, and carry out strict tests to ensure the quality, such as chemical composition, hardness, impact toughness, precision, function, and so on.
